Cancellation Policy
Please review these important terms carefully
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged at 50% of the full session rate.
No-shows without prior notice are charged the full session fee.
One free reschedule per booking is allowed with 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing, or in-person in Ottawa, Canada or Dubai, UAE.
Be in a private, quiet space for your session.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Be on time — sessions start and end as scheduled. Late arrivals will not be extended.
Recording sessions is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from both parties.
